Green is more than just a color we like to wear. The University of ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ leads the nation in finding creative solutions to environmental challenges. We're #4 in  and healthy built environments according to DesignIntelligence,and the Princeton Review ranks our  in the Top 4 "Green MBAs."

For over half a century, the  has offered immersive classes at the ecologically rich ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ coast. We invented green chemistry; using chemistry research to build more environmentally sustainable products and laboratories. And every year, our brings together students and community leaders from across ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ to create environmentally sustainable solutions in urban planning.

The future of our environment will also be decided in the courtroom. The in the School of Law is ranked among the top ten programs by U.S. News and World Report, and has consistently ranked among the leading environmental law programs for 16 years.

The  is creating a new profession that aims to transform the child mental health system to rapidly expand services, identify behavioral health concerns early, and deliver interventions to prevent youth mental health problems. This public-private partnership allows the institute to not only offer an innovative new academic program but also to build a community-led solution to promote the mental health and well-being of children and families. 

Meanwhile, U.S. News and World Report ranks our in the Top 20 nationally, and it has ranked our special education program # 3 for 25 consecutive years.

Offering more than 150 , the UO ranks in the top 25 nationally in such varied fields as education, special education, landscape architecture, sports business, sustainable business practices, and creative writing.
